GIR Staff provides employees with real-time information and notifications regarding their work schedules, co-workers, holidays, incidences of absenteeism, evaluations, company announcements, etc. With GIR Staff employees may also notify their schedules and holidays preferences, submit incidences of absenteeism documentation, report changes in their personal data and even propose shift swaps to their co-workers.
