CompareOpen in Google Play
If I'm paying for an app, I expect it to be top notch, and this one is far from it. Confusing and non-intuitive interface, a POI and custom location system that is frankly mind bogglingly complicated fo something so simple, and a database that's over a year behind. If it's been at least 2 quarters (map updates) since a business opened an its on a free GPS, there's no excuse for it not being on here.

Hi Stephen, please look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEwLDJuDX5U. Further tips on how to use Navigator: https://bit.ly/dyk-en. TomTom maps are updated quarterly, next later this month. Please reconsider your rating. Help by email please.
As good as it gets
What is the difference between this app and the non-pro version I purchased all options for?
Developer reply
Hi David, if you purchased all add-ons in Navigator standard ("non-pro") version incl. TomTom maps, HD traffic, Premium features, Online search etc. you have the same functionality as if you subscribed to Car Pro version. MapFactor
Very helpful. User interface needs a bit of polish thought.

Hi Nobility, please email and explain any problem you may have in detail, then we can help.
Buggy...not stable. OK, a little maintenance and a phone security update has helped. I will give it a little time and may update again.

Hi Tim, could be a problem with files or SD card. You can try to Clear data (Android settings/Application manager/Navigator/Storage/Clear data.) Then reboot your phone. It often helps. But backup your Favourites in Navigator first (Settings/Advanced/Backup). Full help on support@mapfactor.com. We’d appreciate if you reconsider the rating. Thank you
Best app...

edit: going to one star after support informed me, that what I witnessed isn't possible. App instructs to turn into oncoming traffic although signage prohibits it, not a new on change to the layout either. I used this in the early 2010s and in 2023 it still was a trip down usability issue memory lane if nothing else. Avoid! - same sluggish issues as 10 years ago on very different hardware, confuses UK and GB, will only take you to the border and call it the destination, if map isn't available

Hi Sven, Navigator takes you to the destination you select, it cannot take you anywhere else. If map is not available anywhere on the route, it informs you "route not found", it never moves destination to the map border. Please check again and if problem persists, please email to support@mapfactor.com for full help. Thank you.Mapfactor.Please email

Hi Billy, very funny, but completely untrue. It is a well known fact that our routing enine is one of the best, May be you set your vehicle incorrectly, or did not download all maps you need. Please email departure and destination in coordinates, then we can check. Please reconsider your unfair rating. Help by email please.
