app is not working, no offers or vouchers coming through

Order drinks etc via the app. When I get to the payment section, I add any code available in the pub and when I go to pay, there's always a problem. If I skip the add promotional code part, the payment goes through. Cannot seem to use promotional codes ( even if they are valid) Tried contacting the support team weeks ago, but have heard nothing from them at all. Very poor/ non existent support. 🤬🤬🤬

**DO NOT USE** I can't tell if this is a scam or the worst app ever written. Used it Saturday, placed an order and paid. Then got an error saying payment hadn't been taken. I spoke to the mgr who could see my order, but no payment. So I had to pay again. Meanwhile I still have another payment of £41 waiting to process on my credit card. I don't think I'm the only one this has happened to. I think I saw a similar review to mine further down. Just order and pay at the bar. Zero stars really.

normally order at bar but thought ahhh lets use the app for once. put order through and we to pay google pay it, only for it to take a payment and put me back to order screen, staff said it would be refunded ( it wasnt) and to do order again at till. did this, got fully charged twice, bar and marstons kept lieing about processing my refund so had to go to my bank direct to dispute the duplicate payment. these crooks are shocking, please stay away from this app.
