The app won't load. I installed the app and opened it. A black screen shows up with a notice that says "Can't play video". No buttons to press, no other functionality. Literally zero functionality.
i open the app and a white page comes up and i cannot input anything or go back ive installed and uninstalled the app thrice and restarted my phone, used data and wifi and still doesn't work

Looks like they gave up on a fix for the blank screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change.

before the update it worked fine now I have to reopen the app several times or uninstall and install over and over
