how to download in web for this cctv ?
I very rarely use this app because it is so terribly difficult to log in. I have a new router now so I need to set up the app. I have an alpha "user name" but the app only shows a numeric keyboard at "User Code". (I can only assume that's the same field as there's nothing else.)

absolutely useless, no way to add inherited cameras after previous owner has deleted their account so cannot pass them over

When alerted that the camera has been set off you cannot view the footage for at least 1 minute , so you cannot see it live !.
