360 Medical connects you with your care team through the health benefit provided by your employer or organization. Message your providers, start a virtual visit, book appointments, and keep your health records in one secure place. Access is provided through your organization. You'll receive an invitation to sign up - the app is not available to the general public. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Message your care team securely Chat directly with your care team for questions, follow-ups, and guidance. Get notified when they reply. • Start a virtual visit Connect with a provider for on-demand or scheduled virtual care by phone or video, right from your phone. • Book appointments Find available times and book in-person visits with your clinic. • View your health records See your lab results, imaging reports, and medications as soon as they're ready. • Manage prescriptions Request refills and keep track of your medications. • Mental health support Request mental health care and connect with the right team. • Stay on top of your care Get reminders and updates, and add appointments to your calendar. PRIVATE AND SECURE Your health information is protected with encryption in transit and secure sign-in, including fingerprint unlock. You control access to your account.
