I hate writing a bad review for anything, but this app is deceptive. I never approved any paid subscription and was very surprised to see that $19.99 was taken out of my bank account automatically. Don't download this app unless you're ready to pay for it. In fact, don't download this app at all.
Do not sign up! They take random amounts of money and when you want to delete, they make you jump through hurdles just to deny you the ability to actually delete. and it doesn't seem like a single real person can be contacted to help. booooooo. I guess I have a savings account against my will.

Tried to close my account because I kept getting emails. When I logged in, it told me that I would need to withdraw $4 from my savings on the account. Then it withdrew $20 from my account before letting me close, and told me like 500x that they can't do anything about the $20 charge, I am just SOL. This is 100% a scam, no wonder they are being sued.
Make it almost impossible to deactivate. Constantly pull money. There is no deactivate button either. Reporting to Better Business Bureau as should anyone else using.
what's happened to people in this world today I don't even have this installed on my device and I got 2 charges for 20$. and I'm on a fixed income
9.99 a month for 35 dollars yall mofos got jokes
They are charging a $40 membership fee, which I was not aware of because I would never have agreed to a $40 membership fee monthly, and they don't let you know that up front. My bank reversed that charge, and now Albert is charging me $9, saying that money was taken out of a savings that I never used. Please do not get a loan from Albert. They are frauding people. I don't know anyone who would agree to a $40 charge for a membership. I'm going to contact the better business bureau.
