Couldn't buy a ticket in the app (had to use the website). Also not satisfied with the airline (constant overbooking and cancelling the tickets)

Requires reloading every time you open the app, even just to see your ticket. Half of the links pull up the mobile site home page. Fairly useless overall.

não consigo compreender como e possível a TAP air Portugal que e a única empresa de viação em Portugal ter uma APP tão má. uma pessoa nem consegue encontrar a reserva de voo. façam me um favor e copiem a APP da Ryanair que assim que uma pessoa faz a reserva faz logo o link com a APP. e uma vergonha para a TAP ter um serviço tão mau. mostra um desrespeito para com os clientes. façam me um favor e coloquem na APP a opção "os meus voos" e gestão de reserva... não e difícil e faz toda a diferença. o
esta aplicação nunca foi boa e agora está bem pior, impressionante. não é possível usar, tenho de utilizar o também muito mau site web via chrome.
