Learn German through play! Practice putting together a German sentence.
Satzbau is a fun game for anyone learning German. - Completely free. - No registration required. - Just play and learn. The app has two games that aim to improve your language skills. Your sentence building and comprehension skills will improve. Both games focus on sentences, which helps you practice sentence structure as you read, listen or pronounce the tasks. Features: * There are 11 difficulty levels, which become quite challenging as you progress. * Randomly downloaded sentences to keep you entertained. * A points system combined with the levels is used to track your progress. * Listen to a correctly pronounced sentence. * Practice pronunciation while building sentences. * Identify the sentence based on the image provided. Download Satzbau and start learning! The German language has special rules when it comes to sentence formation. The basic German sentence order is SVO: subject, verb, object. The verb, which is the main or conjugated part of the sentence, is always the second element. If the subject does not come before the main verb or conjugated part, it must immediately follow it. The sentence structure must respect the order of tense, mood and place. To form a grammatically correct sentence, you need to practice. That's why you need Satzbau - to practice a large number of sentences with real examples. The sentences are chosen for you randomly. Some sentences are easier, some are harder. Some tasks have more than one correct answer, so you may have to try them several times before you find the right one. There is a small element of luck, as in any game. We use a selected collection of 90,000 sentences from everyday language. The application uses a large language model to support checking errors in sentences and explaining grammar. Our partner's large language model may have access to your sentences and language settings, but not to other data. Also, according to EU rules, this language model may not use your choices, texts and answers for its own improvement. Have fun practicing German.
