Great alone, better as part of Ancient Games app!
Excellent graphics. The game play is repetitive. (Not the developer's fault, just the historical rules.) Strategy is just in the choice of which pawns to move.

Not my favorite of the ancient games either. I have added alternative rules to help that. You should try my other games (Royal Game of Ur, Senet and Puluc), they are much more strategic.
this game is played with 3 dice. And the rules described in the guide aren't 100 percent precise, because we don't know exactly about the rules. Sure, it's more fun if you play it more like backgammon. You made a nice design though.

Hi, thanks for the kind words. As you said, like most ancient games, the rules for this game didn't survive. Because of that, there are only reconstructions and there are a lot of them, none of them wrong. I chose this ruleset because I had to choose one and it is fun to play. It is a direct ascendant from Backgammon so it makes sense like this.
I really like this game! I like that it has 12 pieces per player and it lets you stack pieces on each other and move a whole stack at a time.

Thanks :) If you like this preview, you should download the Ancient Games app. It has a lot more content and game modes, saves your progress and has several games of this type. You can download it by clicking on the red icon on the right of the main menu. Have fun.

Thanks for the kind words. The first login needs to be online (in order to download the boards & stuff), but after that it is possible to play without internet. There is a bug with offline mode. It should be fixed soon. Music is expansive and the games don't make much. I prefer to focus on the gameplay first :) But other musics will come

Excellent game, well developed and plenty of content and customization, and it lets you play against the AI while waiting to get matched against a human opponent. I could not ask for more from such a niche game.

Love this game (along with the Royal Game of Ur and Senet) and can't wait for your versions of Merrells and Mancala to appear in the Play Store.
