Book & Dispatch is the field app for businesses that run their sales and distribution on DSCM by TaxJar.pk. It gives sales officers, order bookers, recovery officers and delivery crews one place for their working day: attendance, shop orders, cash recovery, deliveries and requests to the office. Your account is created by your employer. Your company gives you an organisation code, login ID and password. The app is for work use and is not intended for personal use. ATTENDANCE AND SHIFTS 1. Clock in and out with a selfie and your current location, so your office knows you started work at the right place 2. See your shift, breaks and overtime exactly as your office set them in DSCM 3. Clock-in logs: every in and out, day by day, marked when DSCM has confirmed it 4. My attendance: your month as the office recorded it, with a calendar and a day-by-day table 5. Overtime by date, with the status of each overtime session 6. Day summary: one day's times, work done, route and location signal in one place 7. Breaks, presence checks and reminders during your shift LOCATION DURING WORKING HOURS 1. Your location is recorded only while you are clocked in, with a visible notification the whole time 2. Recording stops the moment you clock out or sign out 3. Your route, visits and distance for the working day help your office plan routes and confirm visits 4. A location signal report shows you when your GPS was strong or weak SHOP ORDERS (BOOKINGS) 1. Choose a shop by name, code, route or area, and see its credit and recent orders 2. Add products with prices, units and schemes from DSCM, then review and submit the order 3. Record visits where no order was taken, with the reason 4. Add new shops and send shop detail changes to the office 5. Expiry checks for products on the shelf 6. Track your bookings and their status RECOVERY 1. Record cash collected from a shop against its outstanding balance 2. Issue a receipt number on the spot 3. See what each shop owes before you visit DISPATCH 1. See your trip plan, vehicle, crew, stops and gate pass status 2. Acknowledge the plan before the trip YOUR REQUESTS AND RECORDS 1. Apply for leave, half day and advances; send expenses, complaints and suggestions 2. See your schedule and tasks from the office 3. View your payslips 4. Company news, policies and help WORKS OFFLINE 1. Orders, recoveries, visits and attendance are saved on the phone first and sent to DSCM when you are back online, so nothing is lost in areas with weak signal 2. Sync status shows what DSCM has confirmed, for each kind of data, and what is still waiting PHONE CHECKS 1. Clear warnings when a phone setting could stop attendance working, such as location off, battery restrictions, automatic time off or notifications off, with a button to fix each one 2. App lock with fingerprint or face, if your phone supports it PRIVACY Book & Dispatch collects only what your employer needs for attendance and field work. Location is recorded only while you are clocked in. Photos are taken only when you choose to clock in, or record a visit or document.
