I used both mobile and the website and it's bad on both. clears information out randomly, it often adds duplicate charges to orders, and it sometimes miscalculates!
when I can get it to work it does okay. too. often I get an error message and have to uninstall and reinstall.

I don't understand when everytime I tried to sign in my account it always said INVALID. Even when I make another account the result is still the same.

UPDATE 2025: the connection over Wi-Fi and data on this app is terrible still 2 years later it barely ever connects I have to keep waiting or forcing it to stop and relaunching it over and over again. not worth your time find something better. Barely ever works over data connection. Only wifi. They really need to update it to be more reliable over data connection.

I haven't had a good experience with this app, I thought it was my provider but they even changed my old tablet for a new one and still the problem continues. Is there an updated version?

Froze upon start up
Support Nightmare!!! Use other CRM solutions! Instead of support they try to sell you customisation consultancy and leave you without a solution.
