can't run updates and just doesn't work, neither does the thermostat. system works prefect with CTM unit.

Most apps use GSF and have accounts when they have cloud connectivity. Identifying a user is the only way to keep a level of security for that user over the internet. We will continue to identify options as better forms of non-tracking interfaces develop. Sorry to hear this product does not fit your needs.
Just installed. Can't login using my online account. keeps saying invalid username ID. Also getting the app has stopped error message so it just keeps going to the login screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the phone several times. Nothing.
