Incredibly unreliable. Cuts out, forces people's laptops to reboot when it does cut out, leaving Microsoft's "flagship" software like Office 365 in totally unrecoverble states because they insist on that Click-to-Run tech which cannot handle repairs at all. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Pay for a professional alternative.

Dumb app, used it once, nouse, use it again and again.

They immediately realized I was being poised through an exploit in the WhatsApp/Samsung relationship and instantly helped me
I don't know why this application is developed, where I should use it.
