love the app, great meditations. also lifetime subscriber but lost access, this app is supposed to help your mind, not mess with it, sort it out!

I am a lifetime subscriber, but now I cannot access the app. I have written to support, but they do not answer. This is really disappointing. I see that other lifetime subscribers are experiencing the same thing. I cannot understand this dishonest way of dealing with people. Sad.

I had a lifetime account that I purchased a few years ago, and a few months ago suddenly my premium access disappeared. I emailed at least half a dozen times to support with not one single reply. To this day, I still don't have access to the premium material that I paid for. And I still haven't heard back from Mindbliss. This is a -0 Stars if I could do that. Basically ripped me off and won't reply to my emails. This goes beyond poor customer service.

I'm a licenced customer, i can't access some sections as i'm told "This meditation is available to Mindbliss Pro members. Try your free trial today and unlock the entire mindbliss collection". I contacted support more than once but never had an answer after months. So the exact same result as it was a scam. It's a dishonnest behaviour not to say they are thieves and they should be banned from the store so anyone should give the app the poorest rating possible and move on to the competition

The new owners aren't honoring the lifetime subscription I paid for and won't respond to multiple emails. Sort these reviews by most recent and you can see them take a dive.

Used to be my favorite meditation app. I had a lifetime subscription until the last update. Now everything is behind a pay wall. Progress, favorites and everything is now gone. The creators were probably bought by some corporation that only cares about squeezing every dollar out of members. Lifetime does not mean until some Corp decides they want more money. This shows a complete lack of integrity and customer service. Will uninstall and move on

I paid lifetime membership. I can't restore my purchase. I have sent many emails but still didn't get a response from the developers.

I used to love it; then through needing a new phone, lost connection with the app. Recently rediscovered it & have paid for PREMIUM access - EXCEPT the app doesn't function properly when I attempt to Login so it doesn't recognize my ACTIVE subscription... But Play Store recognizes it & recognizes that I already used the 7-day free trial - so I've paid for full access to the app, without being able to actually access the app. Contacted the dev & NEVER got a response; sign in STILL isn't fixed.
