very poor service like you can't open an account it's either they tell you the number is already in use but can't login very nonsense app

i don't get otp for account creation, fix it

please place where to assign email for OTP for those who lost their bvn simcard in your app

I am writing to express my concern about the lack of an ATM card blocking option in your mobile app. In situations where a card is lost, stolen, or compromised, customers should be able to immediately block their ATM card through the app for security reasons.
