This app would be great if it was able to link to our smartwatch. Hopefully that will happen in the future

Great news! WalkUnlock now seamlessly integrates steps from any wearable device which has the capability to sync it's step count with Google Health Connect. Once you install the app, Go to Prefs and enable Health Connect Sync. The app has also undergone a major overhaul - we hope you enjoy using it!
