Your fuel log, car expenses, service history and mileage in one place. Autofolio is an offline-first vehicle expense tracker for fuel, EV charging and maintenance. Understand your running costs, log business mileage manually and keep insurance, registration and inspection documents organized. No account required. BRING YOUR HISTORY FROM ANOTHER APP Restore supported backup/CSV exports from Fuelio, Fuel Log, Drivvo and Motostat. Or import CSV fuel, charging, cost and trip records from other apps or spreadsheets with column mapping. CSV import adds records; restore replaces local data after a preview and keeps a safety copy. Autofolio is not affiliated with these apps. FUEL LOG AND EV CHARGING Log refuels and charges with quantities, prices, odometer readings and notes. Record full tanks, battery levels and home, public AC or DC fast charging. Track petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, range-extender and electric vehicles. Compare Combined, City and Highway consumption, and estimate trip costs by driving type and travel month. MAINTENANCE AND REMINDERS Log servicing, repairs, tires, insurance, parking, tolls and other costs. Add work performed, workshop, parts and labor costs, and a linked next-service reminder without recording the expense twice. Set repeating reminders by date, odometer or whichever comes first, and schedule recurring bills. Optional local alerts are date-based; mileage limits are checked in the app. VEHICLE DOCUMENTS Keep insurance, registration, inspection and warranty documents with photos or PDFs. Track expiry dates, or warranties by date, total odometer limit or both. Optional progress bars show time or distance used when a start point is known. Documents and reminders share one list; renewing a document updates its existing alert. MANUAL MILEAGE LOG Record business or personal trips with start/end odometers, purpose and notes. Filter logged mileage by period and usage. Only entered trips count; there is no GPS recording. Classify expenses separately and filter history, PDF reports and CSV/JSON exports by usage. Business reports include logged-trip mileage; Autofolio does not calculate tax deductions. COST AND FUEL ECONOMY INSIGHTS See fuel consumption, MPG, electricity use, cost per km or mile and monthly trends. Compare two vehicles and track purchase/sale details for total cost of ownership. Search and filter your garage by status, powertrain or fuel type. RECEIPTS, EXPORT AND BACKUP Scan Latin-script receipts on-device to pre-fill fuel or charging entries; review before saving. Attach receipt photos and search your records. Export CSV/JSON or back up records with photos and PDFs. Backups are not encrypted; protect saved or shared files. OFFLINE TRACKING, NO ACCOUNT Core tracking works offline, with no ads, behavioral analytics or location tracking. Records stay on your device unless you choose to back up, export, share or print them. Automatic cross-device sync is not available. FREE TRACKING, OPTIONAL LIFETIME PRO Free mode includes two vehicles, including inactive ones, and five lifetime saved receipt scans. Optional lifetime Pro adds unlimited vehicles and receipt scans, PDF reports, vehicle passports for buyers or workshops, and alternative themes. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase where available, not a recurring subscription. Choose km or miles, litres or gallons, MPG or other consumption units, and a currency per vehicle. Currency changes do not convert amounts. Guided setup and optional details keep daily logging simple. Use light or dark mode. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic, with right-to-left support for Urdu and Arabic.
