This app is pretty bad. it's fairly simple and it reliably connects but the UI is from 15 years ago. and unless I leave it open on my phone, the timer does wonky things. Sometimes it resets completely or sometimes it just doesn't follow the right countdown. I just use the controls on the light, this app isn't worth it.

Hard to understand how works if you just started using redlight therapy, and apparently you can't just use it on your phone? have to give permission to connect to other devices

Bluetooth connection does not work within the app after troubleshooting it's suggestions and app controls are poorly placed

App is now working. Update review. Pleased with new alternating mode, I use it almost exclusively now
