Deceitful, bait-and-switch, Frustrating app. crashed during payment processing. during my credit card issues crashing the app and forcing restart changed my shipping dates to a week later. deceitful app and company! bait and switch tactics! I would NOT recommend this app and service.

**update. was invited to contact their support. I did. let's see what happens. ** HORRIBLE! App crashed every other step! Took twice as long to get my order finished. I've used this company for YEARS and whatever update they did is an epic failure. Just looked at the other reviews. Note the dates!

Painful!! Attempted 6 times to upload photos....every time it jumped back to main 'pick photos' screen! Been at it over 2 hours now and no luck. Doesn't allow 'Select All' either. Rubbish App im afraid, downloaded Journiprint and it was done in 15 minutes. You pay for what you get, don't waste your time with Mixtiles.

I REALLY REALLY wanted these photo books to be amazing! The app continuously crashes and restart where I had to keep reloading images and rearranging them all over again. Tried over 6x ,on my second day of trying. Ive ordered from mixtiles before and never had these issues! I event tried just from site, and continuous page freezing and telling me to reload images. So frustrating. Time to delete and go elsewhere for my books, sorry mixtile. Fix your issues plz!
