Missing status controls & broken ticket filters The app is okay, but lacks key features and has bugs compared to the web version: No status updates: Can't change ticket status (e.g., In Progress, On Hold, Complete) in-app. Broken filtering: Shows all tickets across all departments (like Maintenance for IT) instead of restricting view to assigned tickets like the web does. Please fix!
So much better than using the mobile website. Wish there was a bit more clarity on how to close a work order. I didn't even notice the arrow at the bottom of the screen until I pulled up the instructions from their website. As an administrator user, I've got to filter to get to stuff assigned to me. Would love it if that was a bit easier. Otherwise, it's clean and runs smoothly from what I can tell so far!
