The best home camera system around!
Lorex Pro App keeps crashing and will not work. it was working then it just stopped. I have cleared the cache. Checked for updates Nothing. I have removed and downloaded it and it will not work
keeps killing my battery
I can add my DVR when on the same network just fine... can add the same DVR while not local only by IPv4 address and not the ddns address, app just won't accept it. no error msg. like I didn't even add an entry. verified ddns is working.
this app sucks....won't notify me with samsung s26 tech support sucks as bad. lorex fix your junk.
A slightly better UX than other Lorex apps. Finding a need to clear cache and stop app prior to viewing live cam feed every few times app is opened. App often arbitrarily dosent connect to the NVR, with cache and force stop being the only solution. Otherwise an ok experience, but far below what you should expect.
The app still has not been optimized for foldable devices or Android 15. Using the app on a foldable device is just daunting. The company has no desire to listen to user feedback and optimize its app for foldables such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is in its sixth generation. They won't even update their app icon to the adaptive style that was implemented in Android YEARS AGO!!! Extremely disappointing...

app is really 💩 works on and off. wish i didn't spend $2k on this system, could have bought a different Chinese system that has a solid app interface.

Straight garbage. Never wants to load up the cameras.
