Unreliable and frustrating. Expect to have to set everything up from scratch every couple months, and for it to inexplicably not work only to need a full reinstallation and setup again. Setup is difficult and requires numerous steps.

Good
It is not working. The app appears to have been built for an older version of Android and is no longer compatible with the latest Android version, which is causing installation issues. Essential applications, including email, are also unable to install despite multiple download attempts. This is preventing normal use of the device and requires urgent resolution.

Nothing stands out yet.
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
