They make you wait in like even though you ordered an hour ago. Can't cancel an order either. Last time I'll ever use this app or this cafe. BOYCOTTED

wont even open. Says the app has a bug and wont open.
Missing core functionality. No way to select ASAP for order, just defaults to the next available half hour. The app runs slowly. The organization is sub-optimal. Usable sure, intuitive no.

Can never update my phone number (error says "cant validate your phone number), takes forever to login when using biometrics, no description on food items so you dont know what it comes with (for example, a sandwich says it comes with a protein but it doesnt say which one is it), you can only access the app within the business working hours so you cant see the menu or order ahead of time until business opens.

This app would be a lot better if you could actually see the time. As if now you cannot see the time because it is blocked so you have to guess what you are picking. Please fix it!!

Horrible, can't order lunch on the app ahead of time, can only order dinner on Sundays and unable to edit items at the kiosk

possibly the worst app I've ever used
2nd time app sent order 24 hours into the future before midnight, no refund request option or edit option. poor UI design. At least staff accommodated.
