Does not work on my old iPad or tablet
Love the exercises. The app is janky. Some of the UI is covered by other elements (e.g. Timer covers 4th exercise marker) and the swipe up or down to next or previous exercise lags. There are too many other bugs to mention here. The self assessment is great but no where to see cataloged history other than photos taken. Not really worth the paid subscription and would have been much better loading videos on YouTube and developing a web app.
Sonny is knowledgeable. app is buggy and crashes a lot following inital assessment. initial responses to support request made no progress to resolve the issues.
Content is dope, app is not convenient. for example can't fast forward, or find that grabbing the progresbar is too far to the edge at the start of a video.
The app isn't the best ui experiance, the rep counter often goes into negative numbers. It feels unintuative to flick up/down to go to the next/previous exercise, slow and clunky. The program is great, but the app is terrible.
persistent GraphQL error at account registration. significantly annoyed at putting time and energy into completing assessment only to be unable to use the app.
not the best functionally. compelte days then it says I haven't so can't move past
Its ok. Good movements for sure but im not a fan of how its structured. not enough shoulder and upper work and when there is the is no lower usually. I like the 3 rounds but I would prefer 2 lower and 2 upper mobility movements. I do like the excersise selection but do not like how I have to scroll through a hundred exercises to find what I want. It would be better suited to be able to type in the search bar a chest or spine mobility and it bring up a list of exercises that can be chosen from.
videos on the app take way too long to load. the app is slow.
Guide videos don't load at all. Reinstalls attempted. Google Pixel 7 pro
