App wouldnt open no matter what I tried

l used Bonbon on my old phone, but after getting a new phone, I’ve been unable to log into my account. I tried creating a new account as well, but that isn’t working either. After entering my name and password and pressing the Register button, nothing happens. The app seems to freeze and doesn’t continue. This is really frustrating because I’ve tried multiple times without success. Please fix this issue or provide a solution so I can access or create my account. Thank you.
