Smell from the black filters...unbearable!
I bought the Mini at the beginning of the pandemic. Walking into the bedroom and smelling fresh air is great. Recommend this product 100%. However, the app is not well configured. After a recent update, the app needs to reconnect with the purifier and needs to be logged into as though it's brand new.
connecting to the phone is a nightmare
CS is not able to help my light is constantly on yellow and since I'm not connected to app/Wi-Fi they are not able to help!?

Great Product!
I absolutely love this machine. It was a gift. It definitely do what it say it do. The filters are not cheap but it's so worth it. It's good for people with allergies, smokers, asthma, and other breathing problems, mold, dust and pet dander.

“I absolutely love this machine.”
“Otherwise, the app is very easy to use for controlling the purifier, although some settings still seem to be in non-intuitive places.”
“top notch design”
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
