stay away from wifi lights. they're a waste of money. they make everything complicated. stay away from led lights in general. their remotes are awful and past cheap now. they don't have remotes that take triple a batteries that are a little more tough anymore. waste of time.

This App SUCKS SO BAD! I keep having to forceclose and clear cache just to get it to turn on! I hate it so much.
app worked well for the past 3 years. not sure if there's a new update but neither of my monster rope lights are connecting to app. I bought 3 new lights this year... they are all not connecting. the rope lights are really expensive too. no longer gonna buy these lights. I have already switched to govee neon rope lights, at least through bestbuy I can use my 2 year total membership if the lights no longer connect... good riddance
okay so the year is 2026 , I got these back in like 2022 or something, back then and like 4 month's ago this app used to work everytime, set up was nice but now for some reason even after getting a new router that had 2.4ghz and being less then a foot away from the router these just don't connect anymore, maybe my lights are out of date I don't know or the app is out of date, either way for those years I had this app at a 5star but now it's just 1star , very disappointed
works better then I expected.
Can you upgrade my globe to 5g instead of 2.4 please so I can use the app please and Thank You 🙏
lights are great, the app also is very easy to use, appreciate it monster ✌️
I don't like how you have to have weaker Wi-Fi to use the entire app.
Bluetooth light needs wifi too. I bought the lights from Walmart, I had to return and exchange the first one because they didn't work. after a year I finally took the lights out camping and I got. big surprise when i saw that their pp didn't have just for Bluetooth but mostly wifi stuff. I tried to get them connected without wifi but I couldn't make it work. don't buy items from them if you don't have wifi or if you are going to use them for camping. I'm throwing them away, trash company
