VaultKey is a private offline password manager built to keep your passwords, credentials and sensitive information under your control.
Your vault is stored locally on your Android device. There is no cloud account required for normal vault use, and your passwords, secure notes and private files are not uploaded to a VaultKey cloud service.
Use one encrypted local vault for passwords, login credentials, credit cards, identity information, secure notes, recovery information, software licenses and private files.
Private password vault
• Keep your credentials organized in an encrypted password vault designed for local-first security. Search your entries quickly, organize important accounts, save favorites and review password history without relying on cloud storage.
Fast Android autofill
• Use VaultKey autofill to sign in to supported apps and websites without repeatedly typing credentials. Unlock your vault with your master password, optional Quick PIN or supported Android biometrics.
• Clipboard controls and automatic locking help reduce the amount of time sensitive information remains exposed on your device.
Password generator
• Create strong passwords directly inside VaultKey. Adjust password length and character options, then save the generated credential directly to your vault.
Offline security review
• VaultKey can inspect your local vault for issues that deserve attention without uploading your credentials for analysis.
Security checks can identify:
• Weak passwords
• Reused credentials
• Login accounts missing stored 2FA information
• Credentials that have not been reviewed recently
• Web accounts missing a website address
• Unsafe website URLs
Tap a security finding to go directly to the affected vault entries and review what needs attention.
Secure notes
• Store private notes, recovery information, personal records and sensitive text inside your encrypted vault. Secure notes remain concealed until you choose to reveal them and stay read-only until you enter edit mode.
Private file storage
• Keep important files and documents inside VaultKey's secure local storage. Search your files, update file details and manage sensitive documents without turning your password manager into a cloud drive.
QR credential sharing
• Generate a temporary readable QR code when you need to transfer a credential to a trusted device. QR sharing is intentionally temporary so sensitive information is not left permanently exposed on screen.
Passkeys and 2FA
• Manage supported passkey information alongside your vault and export compatible passkey data when needed. VaultKey can also store TOTP information for accounts where two-factor authentication is supported.
Encrypted local backup and recovery
• Export encrypted backups so you remain in control of your own vault data. Restore a VaultKey backup locally, verify your recovery phrase and keep rotating Android backups without depending on cloud synchronization.
Local access controls
• Configure auto-lock timing, clipboard clearing, biometric unlock and a device-protected 6-digit Quick PIN for convenient everyday access.
If both your normal credentials and recovery phrase are unavailable, VaultKey also provides a device-bound recovery request workflow designed to help recover access without creating a universal vault backdoor.
Built around privacy
VaultKey is designed for people who want a password manager without making cloud storage the center of their security model. Your everyday vault, passwords, notes, security checks and sensitive files remain local to your device.
Your passwords. Your device. Your vault. That is VaultKey
