Mover

Very disappointed by the service! They dupe customers by excluding (moms 25%) tax from the amount when booking ride. Moreover when I called the customer service for refund of a cancelled ride, the guy was really rude to me, and when I asked him whether my refund has been initiated as previously I had been told, he tells me that they are trained to say these things to fool us so we don't nag them. 2 stars because at least the ride was good, which should be, given that I paid a whopping 700 DKK!

The final price ended being almost double than the estimate (second time in a row), despite the precise information given and the very quick loading and unloading times. In the justification it says 31minutes waiting time, which is totally untrue. Moreover a truck came when a small car was booked. Time to remove the app...

It wont send the verification code to my Danish number, so I cant use the app.. I have used it before though and really liked it, but I used another account then.

Vi har tidligere været ret glade for brugen af Mover i gennem vores firma, men på det sidste er standarden faldet drastisk. Chauffører der tager i mod ture og man så kan se at de ikke kører på tracking. Hvortil man skal ringe til chauffør og ikke kan få klart svar om han har tænkt sig at tage turen eller ej. Ligeledes har vi haft problemer med ture der bliver accepteret af chauffører der så afbestiller dem i sidste øjeblik Så farvel til jer som transportfirma. Vi sidder nu i Københavns Lufthavn

720 dkk for picking up a bed. ther3 was some wait time which of course wasn't their fault, but still 720 dkk, no help carrying it up or anything. so it's way cheaper if you rent a car and drive yourself, hiring real movers is also a cheaper option, hell a taxi would have been cheaper.
