My account was blocked for 3 months. I kept emailing to your company but there are no follow-up calls or emails. Phone callings to CS are hard to reach and finally can't offer any helps

The app is full pf problems. Just for a simple card activation cannot do it for 2 months. The app just freezes when it goes to selfie verification step. Its been 2 weeks i raised the issue with Mox but the only reply i get is the team is looking in the matter but never a update is being given. Being a virtual bank the services are so ridiculous. Now when i reinstalled the app cannot even login as going to selfie verification the app freezes. Such non sense services from Mox.
