the absolute worst drivers and ineffective customer service I have ever used in any application. the applications drivers used to be good, this year they all do not know how to use the app (marking received so customer can pay), or abide by the rules of not asking you for money outside the app, nor do they have any pettycash on them. uninstalling, better off using Careem's drop of and delivery services.

اول طلب اعمله على التطبيق وصل فيه غلط و حل المشكلة بالنسبالهم رد ٦٠ جنيه في حين ان الغلط ب١٩٣ جنيه و التوصيل ب ٦٦ جنيه ، وغير متاح تقديم اكتر من شكوى على نفس الطلب

في شخص زبالة و مش محترم شغال عليه و دا اخر تعامل ليا علي ال app دا

ما عندهم مصداقيه، لمن اطلب يكون الطلب ٣٢ ريال ويقولو التوصيل ريال واحد وفجاة يتغير ل ٤٦ ريال!!! يعني ١٤ ريال توصيل مو ريال!!!
