Very much improved from some years ago when I last needed to use cabs. Being able to add a credit card saves much time.

I am going to give this app another try. it used to have too many glitches years ago to use effectively

it is ok could be better can't get into the app to see the tracking where they are or anything it won't let me log in it is horrible

this app isn't active anymore.

Works well, conveniently schedules a ride and notifying when driver is there.

Loved the cab service. He picked me up on time for my trip to the airport. Cab was clean and the guy was courteous.

Great cab company, but as others have reported, I can no longer book through the app. I guess it's back to using the phone to book cabs. Been a loyal customer of theirs for going on 20 years, and have friends who drive for them, so I won't stop using them just because of app problems, but it's a shame the app keeps having this booking issue. Fix that, and it'll be an easy 5 star app.

A fine cab company, which as a customer service rep I call on behalf of my hotel guests all the time, but a non-functional app. Got set up without a problem, but for some reason it's giving me an error that "we can't pick up from that area," even though the app says they're only a minute away, and I am in the core of their service area. Will call them on the phone instead.
