useless nonsense

worst app I have ever used. you try open a page and it crashes before you can do anything. furthermore when you ask for support for assistance they send an email saying it's been fixed. it has not.

I've not been able to successfully activate the plan because of an eSIM issue. The Chatbot help desk, keeps circular referencing so I can't actually follow up on the issue. I eventually got a support ticket logged with what I'm hoping was a human and was told the issue was resolved except it wasn't and I've responded to them butI'vee been ghosted. I canceled my contract in July we're in September and my issue is still not resolved. Online only is nice if you have a support model that works.

absolutes terrible service. Support staff are not helpful at all.

I registered and bought the 10GB data it was successful but then when I try to activate my account it says I have reached the daily limit

5 minutes 1gb gone...ay this data not worth it after free 3 months
