Log workouts, track personal bests, and keep your training offline.
A little stronger, every session. BaraLog is a focused workout logbook for strength, gymnastics, bodyweight, mixed modal training, and hybrid race results. Record what you trained, keep the details that matter, and follow your own progress. LOG YOUR TRAINING Record strength sets with loads and completed repetitions, timed workouts, AMRAP rounds and reps, and movement-specific scores such as hold times or distances. Combine different exercises in one session. FIND YOUR NEXT WORKOUT Browse a movement and workout library organized into Strength, Gymnastics, Bodyweight, Conditioning and hybrid races. Search the library, collapse sections, or create your own reusable templates. COMPARE LIKE WITH LIKE Your first result sets a baseline. Later improvements become personal bests when the workout, prescription, and standard match. Strength records track the heaviest logged load at each completed rep count. Different scaled prescriptions keep separate records. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Revisit your training history and personal bests, explore progress charts, and edit saved sessions. Optional effort ratings and notes help you remember how a session felt. KEEP YOUR MOMENTUM Save unfinished workouts as drafts and return when you are ready. Choose kilograms or pounds throughout the app. YOUR LOGBOOK, ON YOUR DEVICE No account is required. Your workouts are stored locally, with no cloud sync. Release versions use Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics; workout contents and notes are not attached as custom diagnostic metadata. Designed for Android phones and tablets, with light and dark appearance and support for larger text. BaraLog records your own training. It does not provide medical advice or a supervised training program.
