the app has become like a super app and the information push has become a menace which includes marketplace, selling locks and what not. isn't the soceity already paying you? what is the need to show ads all around the app jumping from each side, which will expand and collapse. let me complaint with Google that how deceptive this app is while showing ads, so that app can be removed from the play store. kid exit approval over phone call never works. too high gateway charges for maintenance pay

SCAM ALERT. instahep pack booking is a SCAM. i booked pack of 3 and then when trying to book 2nd service i am not given any option to book it and customer care is AI which is giving me worst response like your area is not serviceable right now but if I am going to book fresh then i can see services are available what an irony. so at the end they charged for 3 services but provided us only 1.
customer service is pathetic and they don't visit without payment and every thing done in video call and recording they think we are technician s they tell us to remove the lock using tools and they guide in video call as if we r technically trained to remove the lock and assemble they don't even have proper response they say three year guarantee only on the paper not on the work
