Was mostly working for a while - bad but not broken. Just tried to top up and it's failed; payment went though, but no internet, no way to view the progress or even to see a record of the order, no way in the app to enquire (I assume a bot will respond to this telling me I should message them on tik tok). Just so bad.

payah banget dah, kuota masih 166 giga masa lemotnya ga ketulungan. tiap hari begini terus, di komplain sama anak dan akhirnya ga mau pakai wifi orbit lagi. kata anak enak pakai operator lain, gacor.

Sangat buruk. Harus melakukan login tiap kali masuk aplikasi. Saat ini, aplikasi tidak bisa digunakan. Ketika login ke mytelkomsel juga tidak bisa karena disebutkan sudah login di aplikasi, setelah dicek belum ada yang login.
