I have the same problem. I am subscribed to automatic renewal but every year my app stops working and ask me to renew. If I try to renew it tells me I can't because I am already subscribed. I sent an email and still waiting for a response. on the meantime I can not input my scores. Extremely annoyed. How can it be possible that they don't have a phone # customer support. .

This is still a good app for tracking scores and maintaining a reasonably accurate handicap. It's not official any longer but still useful of you're just competing with your buddies.
I paid for it but will not let me in. I am in paid up until 20:07 and will not let me use the app.
The app won't open. I paid, and it's frozen. Not a great situation.
tells me it's paid for but won't open and then tells me it's expired.
Tried to add score and app asked me to purchase an annual membership which I already have. Unable to add a score. Very frustrating.

worked good for like a year now it says I need to purchase a subscription *already 6 months into my current subscription* it recognizes it but yet im unable to access anything in my account not even a log in
What a disappointment. This app was only ok for the longest time. Now, it got updated and doesn't let me submit my rounds. There's always an error. $15 a year for what?!?! Who is getting this money? Hire someone that knows what they're doing please.
Used to work great, but for the past six months, I haven't been able to login. I've tried uninstall and reinstalling to no avail. I've sent multiple emails with no response. The good news is that they are still charging me! Help please, I've got months of scores I need to input.
