I've been trying to use my debit card but sunbit is claiming my card is a credit card and my bank saying we are inputting incorrect numbers when it is being scanned in.l, I am at a loss. I needed this to help me with my dental bill.

I got this app for the Ollie's card. It has disconnected my bank account twice, and now I'm having trouble re-linking the account.

Login button doesn't work - testing the apps we develop is important.

I’m fairly new to all of this still learning how the app and card work. I had received my physical card, but I started using the virtual card online. I sent a family member into the store with my card, and somehow there was activity that apparently went against the card’s policy. I’m still waiting to get the full truth about what happened.Because of that, my card was blocked and i had to reported fraudulent activity I have to wait for the replacement card to arrive before I can use it again.

I am now updating my rating, the issue I was having was resolved quickly by their service team. I called in and explained my problem, with not being able to log in with the verification code. It was resolved during my phone call.

The user interface is flawed. When entering your password at the start, the box is incorrectly coded to capitalize the first letter, as if it were a regular text box. Also, I received a text bubble that notified me I had paid my bill, before the payment was actually submitted. This caused me to be late in my monthly payment, since I had assumed it was finalized already. Eventually, I realized the bug and got it taken care of.
