Anatomy quiz app and 3D atlas for anatomy and physiology students. Offline.
Anatomy quiz app and 3D human anatomy atlas in one: more than 4,000 bones, muscles, vessels, nerves and organs you can rotate, peel apart and cut through, then test yourself on. Built for anatomy and physiology students, and it works offline.
◆ A 3D ATLAS YOU CAN TAKE APART
• Rotate with one finger, pinch to zoom, and tap any structure to see its English and Latin name and a short description.
• Hide a layer, isolate one structure, or turn it x-ray to see what lies underneath.
• Cut through the body on three planes: sagittal, coronal and axial.
• Bony landmarks on every bone, and the origin and insertion of each muscle drawn on the bone.
◆ ANATOMY QUIZ FOR EVERY GROUP
Every group of structures has two quizzes. In "identify", a structure lights up and you pick its name. In "find it", you get a name and tap it on the 3D model. Your best score per group is saved. Use it as a quick anatomy quiz before a lab practical, a bones quiz for the skeleton, or a muscles quiz for the upper and lower limb.
◆ SYSTEMS INCLUDED
• Skeleton: skull, spine, thorax and limbs, with cartilages and teeth
• Joints, ligaments, intervertebral discs and menisci
• Muscles of the head, neck, trunk and limbs, with fasciae, bursae and tendon sheaths
• Heart and vessels: arteries, veins, chambers and valves
• Nervous system: brain, spinal cord, cranial nerves, plexuses and sense organs
• Organs: digestive, respiratory, urinary, reproductive and endocrine
• Lymphatic system and surface regions
◆ MADE FOR ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY CLASS
Whether you are in a first anatomy and physiology course, nursing, medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, kinesiology or massage therapy, the atlas shows where everything is and the anatomy quiz checks that you remember it. Names follow Terminologia Anatomica, with the Latin name of every structure. Arabic, Russian and Turkish names are included too.
◆ TEACH ON A BIG SCREEN
Put the model on a TV or projector and keep your phone as the remote: a USB-C to HDMI cable, a browser on the same Wi-Fi, or Chromecast. Run a quiz for the whole room with the question and the answers on the big screen.
◆ FAST SEARCH
Type a name in English, Latin or Arabic and the model flies to that structure and highlights it.
◆ WORKS OFFLINE
Everything is on your phone after download. No account and no ads.
◆ FREE AND PAID
The complete skeleton and all of its quizzes are free with no time limit. The other systems unlock with a monthly plan, a yearly plan or a one-time lifetime purchase. Plans renew until you cancel them in Google Play, and a purchase can be restored on another device with "Restore purchase".
3D models and definitions are adapted from the open-source Z-Anatomy project (CC BY-SA 4.0), built on BodyParts3D. The adapted models in this app are available under the same license.
