good app and good profit
I am trying to register myself on the App. It says a customer already exists with my National Identity Card Number. I have read comments where users find it hard to rectify their complaints. Can the app developers make the customer experience with the app easy and without facing troubles. what's the point of using the app if one has to get into further complications.
it should has a wallet to save physical prize bond numbers and option to check in draws. as in third party apps like pakbond
This app though useful to an extent is still full of problems. Qaumi Bachat Center issues a bank card to the account holders for online use. Today I tried to make an online purchase with this card but despite waiting for 15 minutes I did not receive the confirmation code. I had to cancel the order. When I tried to lodge a complaint on this app after this incident, it did not go through because the system demands attachment of an image/document, which should not be compulsory at all.

They never pick up helpline call. Third class experience. Account not opening at all. Don't intall this pathetic app ever. Don't ruin your money here...

Very Pathetic service. They should be hanged for wasting nations money on their salaries for doing nothing. Helpline doesn't respond. Email doesn't not respond. Criminals beyond pardon.
no support from call center, helpline call in loop of press1 for English and press 2 for Urdu, and don't work onward after giving instructions.....
I tried many times for opening account. first time otp recieved but while Resume application, otp not receiving. i am trying from 3 days...
