360 Write Up

Every write up or health report fails to submit and has to be re submitted multiple times or the write up deletes itself entirly.

Was having lots problems w/ getting health reports. Opened case file, Jack was very helpful in getting us back on track. Health reports back working, much appreciated.

Se tiene problemas para sincronizar el Blue Link version 1. En el First Link Nexiq y en la tablet sincroniza y genera Health report de manera correcta, sólo en el 360 Write up no permite la sincronización del BL desde esta ultima versión.

Crashes consistently. Have to Uninstall app multiple times a week, check for updates, etc. Still constantly have issues. Whether it's app crashing mid write up, taking customer complaints from one write up and somehow ending up in another customers writeup, etc. Overall this app makes our jobs more difficult and consistently wastes time.
