absolutely amazing
horrible, can even call costumer service to login my account to get my money, an then they started charging me a monthly feed just for having money in there that I couldn't even access.
it was a pretty straightforward app. then today it stopped working and says website not found. I feel like the app has been compromised. it was not accepting my password moments before that. help
this entire app is annoykng, it keeps giving me errors and tells me to update my personal info, but my info is already correct. ive also been trying to order a new card and it keeps kicking me or showing errors!
I've been with NetSpend for about 5 years
every time i open the app it gives me an error. ive restarted, cleared cache and reinstalled it, and nothing works

I like it
Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. My phone is now permanently blocked because their system shows that I am using a VPN, while using just data. I logged in from my computer to transfer $ to my bank. I have a few hundred in the account and am only able to transfer $7.66. Minimum amount to trasnfer...$10. Customer service reps are nice, but can't actually help with anything.
