SCEL Neurocognitive Module

SCEL is a structured cognitive program you complete one session at a time. Instead of an endless feed of puzzles, the app gives you a clear path with an end: 12 sessions, one session per day, to be finished within 30 days. You always know exactly where you are and what is left. WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE Each session is a short set of 8 tasks, drawn from four areas: • Attention-Posner Cueing, Trail Making Test • Working Memory, Spatial N-Back, Corsi Block Tapping • Emotion-Emotional Stroop, Emotional Interference • Response Inhibition-Go / No-Go, Stop Signal Every task is quick, usually one to three minutes. Most are timed, and both your speed and your accuracy are recorded, so there is a real reason to stay focused rather than rush. A session counts as complete once you have done every task in it once. On a few sessions, some tasks also open in Hard mode for an extra challenge. When today's session is finished, the next one opens tomorrow, the pacing is deliberate, so you get a rest between sessions instead of cramming everything into one sitting. LEARN EACH TASK BEFORE YOU START Every task has a Watch demo button on its intro screen. It plays a short narrated walkthrough showing exactly how that task works, in English or Hindi. There is nothing to read and nothing to guess at, watch it once and you are ready. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • A session grid showing all 12 sessions and which areas you have covered in each • A month calendar marking every day you played and every session you completed • Stars for each task you finish, collected in your star wallet • A streak that grows as you play on consecutive days • Per-area statistics, so you can see which of the four areas you have worked on most Your progress is stored on our servers, not only on your phone. If you change devices or reinstall the app, you pick up exactly where you left off. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY The app sends daily reminders so a session does not slip past you. You can adjust or switch them off at any time in Settings. ENGLISH AND HINDI The whole app,every screen, every task instruction, and every walkthrough video, is available in both English and Hindi. Switch language any time with one tap; nothing is lost when you do. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Settings includes a Help section answering common questions, and a Support option that lets you message the team directly from inside the app, without leaving it or writing an email. YOUR ACCOUNT Sign up with your email or mobile number. You can edit your profile, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time. WHAT IS NOT IN THE APP No advertisements. No purchases or subscriptions. No social feed, and nothing you do is shared with other users.
