CompareOpen in Google PlayThis is the best CE app for health workers. App is easy to navigate and surveys are easy to access. On completing your learning/surveys, you receive your credits promptly and certificates can be downloaded any time from your dashboard.
I can see my credits waiting for me to take action but the app isn't allowing me to select any training no matter what I've done. Using Pinnacle seems like an extraneous step on top of so many other steps to get credits. No option to contact support directly through the app and I'd really like to get my certificates as soon as possible for reimbursement through my employer.

Hi Anna, if you have attended a live event recently, we may still be waiting for the organizer's confirmation of attendance, which is required by our accreditor. You should receive an email with your certificates as soon as it's ready - the app is just a place to find all your certificates. Please email us at info@learnatpinnacle.com for more info.
Needs major updates. Incredibly frustrating and glitchy in more ways than I can describe.

We are very open to any additional feedback you may have to make the app experience better, so that our learners can keep claiming unlimited free CE/CME.
