Before & After Progress Photos is a private photo journal for anything that changes slowly: a fitness routine, a skin-care routine, a plant on the balcony, a room you are renovating, a haircut growing out. Take a photo today, another one next week, and watch the difference appear. Everything stays on your phone. Progress video you can share Turn a project's photos into a short MP4, oldest to newest, encoded on your own phone. Choose the frame rate, how long each photo stays on screen and the output size, and decide whether dates, your numbers and the watermark appear. Nothing is uploaded — the file is made on the device and goes only where you send it. A chart for the number you track Give a project a unit (kg, cm, %, or your own) and every photo can carry a value. The project screen draws a real chart with axis labels, your first entry, the lowest and the highest, and how far the latest number has moved since day one. The compare screen shows the change between the two photos you picked, and you can print it into the image you export. Reminders that never nag Each project can have its own reminder: daily, every 3 days, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, at a time you choose. It counts from your last photo, so taking one simply moves the next reminder back. Reminders are off until you turn them on, one project at a time, and the app never asks for exact-alarm access. Start from a template Fitness, Skin, Plant, Renovation and Hair each start with a sensible interval, unit and set of guides. One tap and the project is ready — and every part of it stays editable afterwards. Line up every shot The camera can show your last photo as a faint onion-skin overlay so you can match the same pose, distance and angle. Add a rule-of-thirds grid and a level indicator that tells you, in degrees, how far the phone is tilted. Consistent framing is what makes progress visible. Compare with a slider Pick any two photos and drag the slider to reveal before and after, or view them side by side. Date labels and the number of days between the shots appear automatically. Share a before and after image Export a clean composite with date labels, the day count, your values if you want them, and with or without the watermark. Import from the gallery Already have older photos? Add them with the system photo picker. The app never needs access to your whole library. Private by design Photos are saved in the app's own storage on your device. There is no account, no server and no upload. The camera permission is the only one needed to take photos; notifications are optional and asked for only when you switch a reminder on. In your language Available in more than 30 languages.
