I wanted to stop the plan auto renew but I can't turn off the "set & forget" on the App. (I just wanted to remove my credit card info)
Go to buy a plan and Skinny deducts credit just before purchase, leaving my credit below the plan amount do a 2nd credit topup, Skinny takes that also, nothing shows in the transaction history.
stupid app that exists solely to extract money from you, but it can't event process payments correctly.
trying to make a payment made the screen where I can see what numbers im putting in disappear. made it Impossible to make the payment

unable to top up with card. when entering card number, box dissappear. glitches when trying to purchase new plans. website via desktop also also glitches when trying to make new password. unable to do so.
lots of hassle with payment. send you a txt saying that you do not have enough credit, top up manually and then they automatically take it out of your saved cc as well. now they no longer get to save my cc. bloody annoying 🤬 when you pay twice for your phone one week

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
