Log an injection in five seconds with the dose and the site, keep what the scan measured, copy the blood result down exactly as it was given to you, and note how the week actually felt. When you next sit down with the clinic, turn all of it into a dated report. Nothing you log is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go. That is not a promise about how carefully we handle your data — we never receive it. A cycle is a season, not a subscription, so paying once is usually the better deal and the app says so. WHY NOT A CYCLE APP Ovulation prediction is the opposite job. On a medicated cycle the dates come from the clinic, and what has to be remembered is which injection went in at which hour. That is all this app does. This app is a diary, not medical advice.
