Scripps sports was terrible on my local channels as it was to fuzzy so I was skeptical of subscribing to watch live preds game but it was 100% better

Associated website offers login through Google account. used this to purchase season pass. Can't log into the app with a Google account; there's no option for it. They've known for at least a year they were moving away from FanDuel and this is the best they could come up with? Did they think we missed the Bally experience or something?

This app is easy to use. If you want to go to a predators game this is where I would go. It shows you the arena seating chart so you'll know exactly where you're sitting and it will give you seats available within your price range throughout the arena.

Hate having to download ANOTHER app. What was wrong with just using the Ticketmaster app if the tickets are thought them, anyway ? literally showed up to the game and was unable to get in because I had to download this stupid app. There's no service there ofc because there are thousands of people. Have to make an account,and a stupid password. such a pain.

Can't exchange tickets on the app. It has an option for "More Ticket Options" which on a computer let's you exchange tickets for a different day. It used to work on the app, but now the button doesn't respond when you click it. Very frustrating.

App is good in most respects. I really miss the 1x4 widget showing us the score and next game. Can we bring that back? Does tend to like to forget how to talk with Ticketmaster often too Also, why do I have to open the app every game in order for it to send me notifications, even with battery set to unrestricted?

constant crashes! at some point I'd like to be able to open the app, go into manage my tickets, select my game and actually see my tickets! Most of the time I get a fault screen that says "Predators app has stopped working" close app? doesn't matter if you close and restart app, doesn't matter if you uninstall and reinstall the app. Predators need to fix this app so that it functions all the time if its the only way to access tickets to the games! absolutely ridiculous to have to deal with!!

Buying tickets on Ticketmaster, but having to use a completely separate app to access them is the worst experience. I just want to access my tickets on the Ticketmaster app. I don't want your push notifications, I don't want to be on your email list, I don't want to link this to my Ticketmaster account, I just want to go to a game without all of this stupid hassle. If I could rank this minus 1000 stars I would.

Love the Preds, but this app is useless. Cannot access game tickets or the Smashville Loyal HQ to redeem points. Installed & reinstalled numerous times, still doesn't work. Notified them for the past 5 months, and they still haven't fixed it.
