Their customer support is zero stars and their app doesn't function consistently. Simple requests for support get stupid responses. Useless.
Great CRM software. Easy and well priced
Updated app doesn't let me long press to copy information to be able to paste into other programs I used. I used to be able to do it. Frustrating tech support doesn't understand why anyone would want to be able to do that.

Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. We understand why this would be valuable and will share your feedback with our team. For now, you can long press to copy from within Edit mode!
The App has no way to create an account. First step is login, if you don't have a login you won't be able to use the App. A bit crazy, someone wants the product and there is no way to sign-up or buy.
Can't delete multiple contacts that came from phonebook in thousands! And shows first social as tik tok instead of linkedin ...for a professional crm app!

Nimble is amazing! Best CRM on the market, and I have tried them all. This app is very laid out and actually functional unlike most other crm mobile apps. The only downside is it doesn't work offline, which is a huge downside in an instance such as right now where the whole Nimble online platform is down, I can't access my data. Please change this app so it is available offline like Zendesk Sell.

Compared to the web version, the app is a disaster. Across the web and app, the user interface is depressingly sad. Disappointing, to say the least.
